Am I still able to order a gin I made with you on a school?
Yes – please drop us a note with your name / details of what you made, and we can look at remaking this for you.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently we do not deliver internationally.
Can we collect a purchase in person?
At the moment, it isn’t possible to purchase a bottle from us in person as the venue in the city centre is closed. If you need to purchase something for same day collection and are in the city, you’re best to purchase from one of the city centre stockists: Aston’s of Manchester, The Whisky Shop and we’re also stocked in M&S food stores. We do have a number of other stockists in and around the city centre suburbs so send us a message if you need something closer to you.
Do you still offer tours and experiences?
No – unfortunately as we closed the doors in August, this isn’t something we offer.
I had a voucher – what happens to this now?
In August we did our best to notify everyone of what has happened, but we understand that not everyone will have received the message. We have been advised that the best thing to do is for you or the person that purchased the voucher, to contact the card provider to try and get a refund. If you still need some assistance after trying this, please feel free to drop us an email / message and we can advise on next steps in the process with the administrators.
