To redeem your voucher against a booking, first select the experience you would like to book and then select a date and time from the calendar. Once you have added the tickets to your basket, there will be an ‘Add discount/voucher code’ option under your ticket summary. Enter your voucher number here to redeem this from the balance. 

If purchasing the tickets on a mobile site, you will first need to click the arrow next to the balance, which will display the ‘Add discount/voucher code’ option. 

If your voucher is showing as invalid, please ensure you have entered the code correctly, including dashes, and ensure there are no spaces in the code. If your voucher contains an O or 0, these can sometimes look similar on the printed vouchers.

As this is a live booking platform, the only way to guarantee your places is to reserve them as soon as convenient. We are unable to hold or add spaces once they have been booked up.

We currently offer several experiences, including guided tastings of our spirits, expert-led gin making and rum blending classes, and cocktail masterclasses.

We can amend a reservation up to 7 days prior to your booking. If your experience is scheduled to take place within the next 7 days, we are no longer able to amend the date, however we are able to change the name on the reservation in order to gift this to a friend or family member. 

Please note that we are able to reschedule a booking once. If your booking has already been rescheduled, then this will be cancelled and is not eligible for a refund.

We keep all your recipes so that if you love the gin you make, you can order it again from us. Our distillers will re-make your gin to the recipe you used in the Gin School.
