Order Issues & Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue (e.g., the wrong item was sent), please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Email us at [your email] with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.

We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to legal restrictions on the sale of alcohol, we cannot accept returns of spirits if you’ve changed your mind.

We can only offer refunds or replacements if:

- The item was damaged in transit
- You received the wrong product
- There’s a fault with the product (e.g., leaking bottle or defective seal)

To request a refund, please contact us at info@spiritofmanchester.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
