In addition to producing our own spirits, we offer a full-service distillery operation for commercial alcohol partnerships and contracts for gin, vodka, rum and whisky.
Through contract distilling, spirits development and consultation, we aim to distill your brand into a unique spirit that truly captures the essence of who you are. We understand that no two spirits are the same, and neither are our clients.

We can produce anywhere from 200 to 20,000 units so we can easily scale to suit your requirements. We offer co-branded spirits in collaboration with our own range, joining our strong partnership portfolio, as well as white-labelled spirits bearing your own new or existing brand.
We approached Mat and the team at Spirit Of Manchester with a vision of creating our own Gin. Through a journey of exploration and experimentation, we crafted a liquid we were truly honoured to associate with our brand. Their professionalism, warm hospitality, and unwavering enthusiasm made this collaborative experience one to remember.
Working with Manchester Gin to produce ‘Mother of Pearl’ was a straightforward process. The team from Manchester Gin came to pick up the first batch of shells, and within a short time, we were met with samples. We picked our favourite, designed the label together, and have served this Gin with pride ever since.
