This special gin celebrates one of Manchester’s most iconic institutions. Created in partnership with Peter Hook and The Haçienda, it pays tribute to a movement that shaped the sound, energy and spirit of a generation.

Distilled in the heart of Manchester, the recipe was developed by our founders Seb and Jen alongside Peter Hook. It features a bold burst of lemon and lime zest that brings a vibrant, sherbety brightness to the palate, evoking the colour and energy of the acid house era. As always, it’s grounded in our signature style, with locally foraged dandelion and burdock delivering smoothness and depth.

The label has been reimagined in Haçienda’s distinctive colours, with a clear outer label revealing a distorted, limited edition inner design that reflects the atmosphere of those unforgettable nights.

Best served with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic and a slice of lemon and lime.
