Manchester Gin Neapolitan Lemon
Sunshine, sorbet and a spark of inspiration...
We began by distilling a delicious botanical recipe, inspired by our favourite Mediterranean flavours. We then hand-peeled a whole lemon for each bottle and soaked the zests for three days in the gin, finishing with a touch of sugar for a hint of sweetness.
