What is a Rotovap, and Why Do We Use It?
A specialist piece of distillation equipment, our rotovap allows us to extract flavours in a way that’s impossible with conventional distillation, the key to our cold-vacuum distillation. By lowering the pressure inside the system, we can distil botanicals at much lower temperatures, this means we can capture the purest, freshest expressions of our ingredients without cooking off the delicate compounds that make up those fresh flavours.
