Grapefruit Cooler
Our vibrant and fresh grapefruit vodka is used here to revitalise the classic Venetian Spritz, perfect for a sunny afternoon in the garden, and so easy to scale up for a larger group!
- 40ml Sphere Grapefruit Vodka
- 15ml Lillet Blanc
- 5ml Aperol
- 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- Top with Franklin & Sons Mandarin and Ginger Soda
Add all ingredients into a large wine glass over cubed ice, top with Mandarin and Ginger Soda, quick stir, garnish with a thick slice of fresh grapefruit.
Grapefruit Vodka Collins
- 60ml Sphere Grapefruit Vodka
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Grapefruit Juice
- 10ml Gomme
- Soda Water to top
- Mint sprig to garnish
Add all but soda to a collins glass with ice, stir well. Top with soda water & stir again, garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of mint.

TOP TIPS!
Always use fresh citrus juice if you can, this goes for any cocktail! Pre-prepared citrus loses flavour and aroma so for the best flavour fresh citrus is always best. One-Eyed Rebel Colada
A tropical classic with a fiery twist.
- 50ml One-Eyed Rebel Spiced Rum
- 10ml Orange Juice
- 10ml Lemon & Lime Oleo
- 3 Orange Wheels
- 10 Mint Leaves
- Soda to top
To create the oleo – combine the fresh peel of 2 lemons and 2 limes in a bowl with 100g of sugar, mix well, cover and leave for an hour or more, this should produce around
Remove the peels and reserve the oleo. Muddle the mint and orange wheels with oleo and orange juice. Add crushed ice and rum and then churn. Add more crushed ice and top with soda. Crown with more crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
